What the app accesses

• On-screen offer details. When a delivery offer appears, the app reads the visible text on that screen — pay, distance, time, the store, and the drop-off area — to calculate your dollars-per-mile and dollars-per-hour and give you a TAKE/SKIP verdict.
• Location. Used to track your mileage during a shift and to suggest where demand is — only while you have the app active. You can turn location off in your device settings at any time.
• Information you enter. Your pay/earnings, tips, expenses, vehicle details, and the targets you set.
• An anonymous app identifier and your subscription status. A random install ID (not tied to your name) and whether you're in trial or subscribed, so your settings and entitlement work across sessions.

We do not ask for or store your DoorDash, Uber, Grubhub, or other platform login. The app never signs into your delivery accounts.

How the Accessibility Service is used

CherryPlucker uses Android's Accessibility Service for a single purpose: to read the delivery-offer screen you're looking at so it can estimate the offer's value and show you a verdict. It reads only what's needed to evaluate offers. It is not used to collect personal data, and the screen content it reads is not sold or shared for advertising. You can disable the Accessibility Service for the app at any time in your device's Accessibility settings, which turns off automatic offer reading.

How we use the information

• To produce your TAKE/SKIP verdicts and earnings-per-mile / per-hour estimates.
• To track your earnings, mileage, and expenses, and to coach and reposition you.
• To operate your subscription and free trial.
• To improve the accuracy of the app's estimates.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with service providers who process it on our behalf:

• AI providers (e.g. Anthropic, Cerebras, Google) — to evaluate an offer's value and generate coaching. Offer text is sent for processing and is not used by them to identify you.
• Google — Maps/Places (to identify nearby stores, gas, and destinations) and Google Play Billing (to manage your subscription).
• Our backend host (Supabase) — to store your settings, history, and subscription status securely.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention & security

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete or anonymize it. Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

How to delete your data

CherryPlucker, from CherryPlucker LLC, does not require an account — your data is tied only to a random, anonymous install ID on your device, not to your name or email. To request deletion:

1. Email support@cherryplucker.com with the subject "Delete my data."
2. We delete the data associated with your app install within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted: your shift and mileage logs, delivery and earnings history, logged offers and their locations, your anonymous install ID, and your subscription/entitlement record on our servers. What is kept: anonymized, aggregated demand data that can no longer be linked to you, and any records we must retain for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. Uninstalling the app immediately removes everything stored locally on your device.

Your choices

• Turn off the Accessibility Service or Location permission in your device settings at any time.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play (or the App Store on iOS).
• Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us (below).

Children

CherryPlucker is for delivery drivers and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
